For our team to create and implement, we will need access to your Facebook page, Ad accounts, Google Analytics, Google Ad accounts, Website log-ins etc. Every project will be different and we will let you know what information we require.
Our team will also be able to help you create various accounts if needed and we can also create them on your behalf.
Our studio director will collate all the information and organise a team strategy meeting of all of our 10+ digital marketers. This is where our "brains trust" work together to devise the best strategy and implementation methods. It also provides the opportunity for ideas to be exchanged.
Our studio director will then assign the team to be working on the project and schedule in the work to ensure we deliver in a timely manner.
The team begin doing the Google keyword research and audience creations in Facebook. We begin creating the ad architecture in Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Manager and start working with our graphics team along with the copywriters to ensure consistency across all campaigns.
Landing pages are created if required and the necessary re-marketing codes installed. We test that all pixels are working and then test all audience subgroups. A final check that all campaigns are set-up as per plan and then a summary is completed ready for client approval
An ad summary is completed and sent to the client ready for approval. Tweaks and changes can be made at this stage.
Once the ads are approved and signed off - we go live!
Once the ads are live, we'll be looking at the performance of the ads on a daily basis and making changes to bid optimisations and audience creation. We'll be watching various metrics such and impressions, Reach, CTR, Frequency score, conversions, clicks and amount spent.
We set-up live reporting dashboards and schedule weekly reports in Google Data Studio/Whatgagraph/DashThis. A dedicated Project Manager will also organise regular review meetings
